For our Male contestants: Your star ingredient is the versatile pineapple, make something yummy with pineapple 🍍
For our Female contestants: Your canvas is the exotic coconut 🥥 use coconut to cook up something delicious

Everyone can try, whether you’re new to cooking or a pro chef. There are prizes for the best dishes in both the pineapple and coconut categories.

Remember, we don’t have microwaves or ovens at the place, so plan your dish to be something that doesn’t need heating.
